In this episode I spoke with Laura Baumann who is a Yoga and meditation expert to help other Mom-preneurs overcome burnout. She is someone who over time learned what her body needs when it comes to self care. Breathing, movement, meditation are all part of her life. She is someone who has a mixed upbringing, which I think is cool to be Dutch-Mexican, but for a little while, she did not fully understand how important that was in her way of life and learning.
