In this episode I had the honor to basically be coached by a woman who has persevered through so much. Claudia Taboada is a former labor and employment attorney who left that field to take care of her family to then turn into a superwoman and a health and wellness advocate. She is an entrepreneur, an author, and also a women empowerment coach and motivational speaker. She likes a challenge and she has completed 23 marathons and even an Ironman competition!!Claudia’s mission to empower those overwhelmed and burned out women to becoming UNSTOPPABLE.
