Ep 19 | The Strength of the Mentee becoming The Mentor
By: Karla Rodriguez | Feb 07, 2020
In this episode, I got to listen to Nick’s story, where he grew up with a father who was not a mentor to him or his brothers, where his mom eventually gathered the courage for herself and her children to leave. Later in his life he was able to meet his mentor, learn from his mentor’s values, and over time make some of them his own and develop into the man he is today. He is a coach, a mentor, a great speaker and someone who is encouraging, but at the same time challenges those he mentors to become a better version of themselves.
